KWB builds on its team with second major appointment in six weeks

Birmingham-based office property specialists KWB has strengthened its surveying team with the appointment of Malcolm Jones.

The 32-year-old's impressive CV boasts 10 years experience within the commercial sector operating throughout the region, a decade during which he has overseen a varied array of leading properties, from modest Courtyard buildings to large scale developments.

His appointment – KWB’s second major new addition in less than six weeks following the unveiling of acquisition expert Glenn Salter – is yet another major salvo to the industry, sending the signal of its intention to become the region’s leading full service commercial property consultancy, encompassing the management, acquisition, sale, letting and development of office buildings in the region. 

Mr Jones brings a new string to the KWB bow, after several years with surveyors Harris Lamb, he headed up key accounts for commercial fit out specialists Systems By Design and Morgan Lovell, where his primary roles were to match clients’ needs with their ideal building and then manage the design and complete refitting of the premises for their bespoke requirements.
