Mark Lenton relocates to KWB - heading up KWB Property Management arm
A well-known figure in the Midlands commercial property sector has teamed up with leading independent office specialists KWB, to head up and run its Property Management business.
Mark Lenton, previously with Richard Ellis and most recently with City Property Management Services, has around twenty years in property management behind him and his move to KWB has been followed by most of his clients, taking the short trip across Queensway to his new base in Lancaster House on the corner of Newhall Street and Great Charles Street.
“It was a great opportunity for me to work alongside people I’ve known for many years and to build a strong property management business for the company alongside the work I’ve inherited here,” says Mark.
“We’re delighted to welcome Mark,” says KWB’s John Bryce. “There are few people in the region with his level of experience and his in- depth knowledge of this important area of the commercial property sector. We’re confidently looking forward to seeing this area of our work grow significantly in the months ahead.”
