New Oxford House, Waterloo Street, Birmingham City Centre

In 2002, the Duchy of Lancaster acquired New Oxford House, providing 26,000 sq ft of office accommodation. KWB’s Property Management team were tasked with putting in hand a refurbishment of the common parts and vacant office accommodation. Lettings have taken place improving rental levels from £12/£13 per sq ft to £16 per sq ft. Suites are currently available from 1,500 – 3,500 sq ft.
