Cavendish House

KWB acquired Cavendish House in Waterloo Street, Birmingham from the Lewis Group on behalf of HSBC Active Fund in conjunction with Stoford Properties Ltd. The 30,000 sq ft building was acquired at £4.1m with the intention of a £1.5m refurbishment which will be completed by the end of 2005. Major tenants include Allied Irish Bank and Hays Personnel.
