John C. Bryce FRICS
John Bryce is one of the best-known names in the West Midlands property industry. He acts on behalf of many high profile names in the Birmingham and the West Midlands office sector and has considerable experience in providing concise advice based on his extensive local knowledge. John is a Fellow of the RICS, and has specialised in the Midlands office market since 1979.
Nigel Tripp BSc MRICS
Nigel Tripp joined KWB in November 2001 as an equity partner. Formerly with Lambert Smith Hampton, and before that with Colliers Erdman Lewis, Nigel has worked in the Midlands property industry for 18 years and has been a qualified chartered surveyor since 1990.
Nigel has recently represented clients to include Kenmore, Hutchison 3G, Chase Midland plc, Severn Trent Properties Ltd and Taylor Woodrow Property, amongst others.
Douglas W Bonham Bsc (Hons), MRICS
Douglas Bonham joined KWB in early 2005 having previously worked for other Birmingham based commercial property agents, and has recently been made an Associate following a successful couple of years.
Concentrating on office acquisition, disposal and development, Douglas works on behalf of clients such as Opus Land and Chase Midland plc, and has acted previously for Inventures (NHS), Redrow, Intersport, Specsavers and a range of other private clients.
Malcolm Jones
Having joined KWB in Autumn 2007, Malcolm Jones' impressive CV boasts 10 years experience within the commercial property sector operating throughout the region, a decade during which he has overseen a varied array of leading properties, from modest courtyard buildings to large scale developments.
Malcolm has previously worked with surveyors Harris Lamb and headed up key accounts for commercial fit out specialists Systems By Design and Morgan Lovell, where his primary roles were to match clients' needs with their ideal building and then manage the design and complete refitting of the premises for their bespoke requirements.
Mark Lenton BSc FRICS MCI.Arb, Director, Property Management
Mark Lenton has around 20 years experience in property management, previously with Richard Ellis and most recently with City Property Management Services. Mark has acted for a number of large property companies and pension funds over the years and specialises in asset management and landlord and tenant work.
Glenn Salter MRICS, Managing Director, KWB Property Investment
In setting up KWB Investment Ltd, Glenn Salter is returning to his "investment roots", having spent 15 of the last 20 years steering investors towards commercial property worth hundreds of millions of pounds within Birmingham. Born in Worcester and a chartered surveyor by profession, Glenn first plied his hand to commercial property investment trading in Birmingham in 1991 with Colliers CRE. He has since traded for GSD, Painter Salter and Lambert Smith Hampton and has a substantial portfolio of blue-chip clients.
Stuart Thackaberry, Financial Controller
Stuart is responsible for all finance matters relating to Property Management and Office Agency. Having joined KWB in September 2005, Stuart brings with him a wealth of experience gained from working within the complex property management accounting arena for over 30 years. Previously with DTZ, Phoenix Beard and Scriven & Co, Stuart has also been responsible for designing and implementing bespoke property management finance systems.
Judith Williams BSc (Hons), MRICS
Judith has over 15 years experience in property management. Previously she worked for Dunlop Haywards and prior to that had worked for Chesterton Property Asset Management for many years. She has managed a wide variety of properties for both private and institutional clients and has specific experience in managing service charges.
